The authors reported that in cisplatin-induced senescence, senolytic therapy with dasatinib/quercetin showed a less potent effect on SASP secretion than metformin, and the quantification of another pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-1 β showed an upward trend in cell lysates but did not reach statistical significance compared to cisplatin-induced senescence.
