(2018) , in a sample also included in this study (TCD), observed a nominally significant association between increasing MIR137 PRS and decreasing brain volume, independent of diagnosis status, although there was no significant association between MIR137 PRS and cortical thickness, surface area or hippocampal volume, yielding only suggestive evidence of MIR137 impact on cortical structure.
