In comparison to the lowest quartile of plasma Mo levels, the odds of experiencing SPB were 1.217 (95% CI : 0.715, 2.072), 1.084 (95% CI : 0.635, 1.848), and 2.074 (95% CI : 1.212, 3.550) for the second, third, and fourth quartiles, respectively, showing a significant trend ( P trend =0.017) in the third logistic regression model.
