All 341 lead SNPs showed consistent directional effects in both cohorts, with 241 of 341 lead SNPs reaching Bonferroni-corrected significance level and almost all (334 of 341) being nominally significant in both cohorts ( supplemental Figure 6 ; supplemental Table 7 ).
