The evidence is that the treated group exhibited a significantly lower risk of TLS than the untreated group (OR 0.12, 95% CI: 0.03–0.41, p=0.004) ( Figure 2 ) and numerically increased overall survival, although it failed to reach statistical significance (HR 0.64, 95% CI 0.25–1.64, p=0.352) ( Figure 3 ).
