Similar to EwS tumors ( Figure 3F ), GSEA analysis of HSAT2,3 -high versus -low PCa tumors revealed evidence of cell cycle dysregulation and genotoxic stress, as manifested by significant upregulation of E2F , MYC , G2/M checkpoint, mitotic spindle, and DNA damage repair networks (FDR < 0.05; Figure 5I ), while downregulated pathways did not reach statistical significance ( Figure 5J ).
