The Kaplan-Meier analysis and log-rank test revealed that patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) who had a higher percentage of tumor-infiltrating plasmacytoid dendritic cells (TI-pDC) exhibited relatively poorer recurrence-free survival (RFS) compared to those with a lower percentage of TI-pDC, although this difference did not reach statistical significance (2-year RFS: 51.7 % vs. 84.0 %, Fig. 3 C; P -value=0.0529).
