In our patient, a cardiac sarcoma occurred 20 years after she underwent a bilateral mastectomy and two cycles of 50 Gy radiation therapies for each breast, and it should be listed as a potential contributor, yet with indeterminate significance because of the current level of statistical evidence in the particular matter of primary intimal sarcomas at heart.
