Larger groups of AML, however, such as NPM1 mutated cases ( n = 55, R 2 = 0.33, P < 0.001), and AML-NOS ( n = 42, R 2 = 0.17, P = 0.007), together accounting for ~58% of AML, also showed a clear trend for Venetoclax resistance (Fig. 3c ).
