functional testing ( n = 2729, 57.6%) were 17% more likely to have any CAD [OR adjusted 1.17 (95% CI 1.02–1.35), P = 0.023], 30% more likely to have disease in the left main or proximal LAD [OR adjusted 1.30 (95% CI 1.07–1.58), P = 0.009], and (numerically) 38% more likely to have left main or 3-vessel CAD [OR adjusted :1.38 (95% CI 0.90–2.12), P = 0.13], although this did not reach statistical significance ( Figure 4 ).
