Magnetic susceptibility and gamma-ray profiles The magnetic susceptibility (χ) and gamma-ray (GR) values differ markedly between the lower calcareous part of the Reifling and Göstling limestones ( Trachyceras aonoides Zone) and the marly to shaly upper part ( Austrotrachyceras austriacum Zone) of the Polzberg section, showing a significant trend throughout the entire section (Fig. 7 , Supplementary Information ).
