Charlson-Deyo comorbidity score groups of 1 (HR 1.22, 95% CI 1.06–1.41), 2 (HR 1.8, 95% CI 1.47–2.22), and 3 or more (HR 2.46, 95% CI 1.94–3.12) were associated with statistically significantly worse OS compared with the score 0 group, demonstrating a clear trend of decreasing survival as the comorbidity score increased.
