Similar to IgG levels obtained from blood eluates, the overall participant IgG levels (both anti-Wuhan and anti-Omicron) in saliva also increased 2–3-weeks post-boost and decreased at later timepoints with a slight difference that did not reach statistical significance between anti-Omicron IgG obtained from saliva between the 3-month (Post 2) and 6-month (Post 3) timepoints (p = 0.38).
