Importantly, MIF overexpression resulted in upregulation of Isyna1, Atox1, Rplp2, Dpysl2, and Gstm1, which were downregulated in the SOD1 G37R mice and a clear trend of downregulation of GFAP, Trem2, and the neurofilaments that were upregulated in SOD1 G37R mice ( Figures 3 B, and S5 ).
