Atosiban is one of the few adjuvants that showed a trend toward increased clinical pregnancy rate in embryo transfer (ET) ( 2 ) with a supposed mechanism in antagonizing the oxytocin receptors and reducing the uterine contractions that might dislodge the transferred embryos.
