25 Although differences in baseline immunoglobulin E, eosinophils, and diabetes status between CPUO responders and nonresponders did not reach statistical significance in this small cohort, we suspect that larger studies will help characterize subpopulations within CPUO who respond most favorably to JAK inhibitors.
