The ANCOVA analysis showed that the ‘high EPA and DHA; low DTA and DPA n-6’ pattern score was significantly and inversely associated with the PHQ-9 score ( P -diff < 0.01, P -trend = 0.02), while other pattern scores did not reach statistical significance.
