Successful early recanalization had a robust association with excellent outcome (aOR, 2.29 [95% CI, 1.23–4.28]) and ordinal mRS (adjusted cOR, 0.57 [95% CI, 0.34–0.96]) as well a strong trend towards an association with good outcome (aOR, 2.10 [95% CI, 0.998–4.43]).
