For Extended-PFS, at 12 months the progression-free survival probability was 36.1% (95% CI, 25.8%-50.4%) for patients with 1 LT site at first progression and 21.4% (95% CI, 10.5%-43.6%) for patients with more than 1 LT site at first progression, but this did not reach statistical significance in the Cox frailty model (HR, 1.33 [0.63-2.77], P = .45).
