Five concentration groups (0.3, 0.6, 1, 5, 10 μg/mL) were set, and the cell viability showed a trend of concentration inhibition dependent on the drug dose: as the drug concentration increased, the cell viability first increased and then decreased ( Figure 5 a,d).
