To compare the efficacy within subgroups stratified by genotype, a two-way ANOVA was performed with treatment and genotype as factors, without the need for post hoc tests with Bonferroni correction, as the changes in total cholesterol, HDL-C, triglycerides, and hsCRP did not reach statistical significance.
