We found a clear trend of segregation of significantly different genera between the two groups, with stronger aggregation of significantly higher genera (green nodes) in the rumen of adult buffaloes and stronger aggregation among significantly higher genera (yellow nodes) in the rumen of breastfed calves, suggesting that we have a community effect and symbiotic relationship between microorganisms in the rumen of buffaloes at different growth stages ( Figure 4 ).
