The effect of genetically predicted 25(OH)D concentration on autoimmune hypothyroidism showed uniformity in direction throughout both primary and sensitivity MR studies, yet failed to reach statistical significance in the multiplicative random-effects IVW, weighted mode, and weighted median analyses (S7 Table in S2 Appendix ).
