Interestingly, during the development of seeds and siliques, the expression levels of four genes ( BnANDPK5b , BnANDPK8b , BnCNDPK4b , and BnCNDPK7b ) from the NDPK I subfamily were quite significant, indicating that the NDPK I subfamily may be an important subfamily within the NDPK family and could play a key role in plant growth and development, consistent with previous research [ 17 ].
