Though the number of cryptococcosis cases with current use of TNF-α antagonists was small, exposure to adalimumab (n = 3) was significantly associated with increased risks of cryptococcosis (adjusted odds ratio, 4.50; 95% CI, 1.03–19.66; P = .046) while the crude odds ratio (1.61; 95% CI, .33–7.77; P = .55) for etanercept (n = 2) did not reach statistical significance.
