When separated by confidence, we see a linear ramp up of CPP slope by confidence level, with a steep negative CPP slope when confidence = 1 and a positive CPP slope when confidence = 4 ( Fig 6B ); however, this did not reach statistical significance (F(3,48) = 2.45, p = 0.075).
