Interestingly, the maximum ThT fluorescence (Fmax) was higher in the Nunc (97.00 ± 2.64%) compared to the polystyrene group (93.01 ± 2.31%) after 12 h of amplification using the modified SAA, although this difference did not reach statistical significance (Fig. 4f ).
