At the 5-day mark ( Figure 3B -B’’), a slight reduction in the diameter of seminiferous tubules was evident (268.6 ± 36.67μm) compared to the control group (305.5 ± 27.4μm) ( Figure 3A -A’’); however, this reduction did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.214).
