We did not observe any proteins to be significantly different between relapsing–remitting multiple sclerosis and secondary progressive multiple sclerosis, but most of the multiple sclerosis-associated markers (11/13) showed a trend towards a higher expression in relapsing–remitting multiple sclerosis patients.
