The presence of ΔTILs decrease after NACT was independently predictive of pCR in the breast (OR 4.02; 95% CI 1.71–9.42; p = 0.001) and combined (OR 2.99; 95% CI 1.36–6.54; p = 0.006) but did not reach statistical significance for axillary response (OR 2.05; 95% CI 0.94–4.47; p = 0.07).
