To further investigate the biological functions of osteoclast lineages during different bone remodelling processes, we performed MSCs coculture on osteoclast induction progression and determined that the chemotaxis ability of mononuclear osteoclast lineage cells towards mesenchymal stem cells showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.
