In the age subgroups, the younger group (<75 years old) showed a trend toward better outcomes than the older group; however, there were no statistically significant differences in the median PFS and OS between COMB and MONO (PFS: 6.5 vs. 13.6 months, respectively [HR: 0.79; 95%CI: 0.55–1.12; p Value = 0.21]; OS:16.6 vs. 35.3 months, respectively [HR 0.67; 95% CI: 0.45–1.02; p Value = 0.051]) (Figure 4 ).
