In present analysis, cases of small tumor burden in the lung showed a trend of higher prescribed BED 10 , ranging from 112.5 to 180 Gy, compared to those of large tumor burden, ranging from 76 to 87.5 Gy, and metastatic tumor burden was determined to be an independent factor for prognosis [ 29 , 36 , 38 - 40 , 42 , 45 , 46 ].
