Additionally, patients with monocular optic nerve involvement had a 3.07 times higher risk of NEDA-3 failure compared to those without such involvement, and patients who received immunosuppressive agent before teriflunomide initiation had a 1.73 times higher risk of NEDA-3 failure compared to immunosuppressive naïve patients, although these differences did not reach statistical significance.
