A similar association among trauma centers in the low-low group did not reach statistical significance in the primary model (aOR low-low vs high-high, 1.05; 95% CI, 0.99-1.11), but was evident after adjusting for trauma level (aOR, 1.06; 95% CI, 1.00-1.12) (eTable 4 in Supplement 1 ).
