Consistent with Dietrich et al (2017), we observe loss of testicular mass in both Cre lines after tamoxifen treatment, though this did not reach statistical significance as part of our factorial ANOVA comparing all genotypes and treatments (ANOVA Treatment × Genotype interaction P = 0.65).
