However, the study did not reach statistical significance in long-term survival endpoints despite consistent results seen in the PD-L1-positive population: DFS (HR 0.57, 95% CI 0.23–1.43) and OS (HR 0.71, 95% CI 0.26–1.91) numerically favored the atezolizumab containing arm.
