One trial [ 39 ] was not analyzable at all due to the small number of outcomes, and a second failed to reach statistical significance [ 40 ]; another trial enrolled the correct number of subjects to find an effect, but did not calculate loss to follow up and became underpowered in the final analysis [ 38 ].
