There were significant increases in the number of PSWs reporting extreme comfort speaking about workplace violence and harassment concerns with their scheduling coordinator (Fisher’s exact p = .026, OR = 3.46 [95% CI 1.13—11.04]), and a near-significant number of respondents reporting increased comfort in speaking with their manager/regional director (Fisher’s exact p = .053, OR = 3.37 [95% CI 0.97—13.05])—individuals with whom very few PSWs initially reported this level of comfort.
