In terms of time, the global Moran’s I value, which measures the degree of CD_PGE in Shandong Province, has shown a clear trend of fluctuation and rise over the past two decades, rising from 0.032 in 2001 to 0.104 in 2020, indicating that the regions with high and low population and green economic coordination in Shandong Province present spatial agglomeration characteristics.
