The root length of Sarcozygium xanthoxylon after IAA soaking for 12 h showed a trend of increasing in decreasing and then increasing in all the fractions, among which the T1 group had the maximum root length of 13.32 cm, which was 78.55% and 93.89% higher than that of the CK(12) and CK(24) groups, respectively, and both of them were significantly greater than that of all the fractions soaked for 24 h ( p < 0.05).
