Although only the expression of zebrafish cry4 consistently showed a trend toward reduced Tim levels in all neuronal groups in the LP-treated flies, the difference to the non-pulsed controls was not significant, indicating that none of the heterologously expressed Cry proteins supports light-dependent Tim degradation.
