NT 50 responses from RMs vaccinated with HydroVax-YFV 3%H2O2 were non-significantly lower than YF-VAX (NT 50 = 538 and 2,153, respectively; p = 0.16, 1-way ANOVA) whereas NT 50 responses from RMs vaccinated with HydroVax-YFV Adv were approximately 2-fold higher than YF-VAX (NT 50 = 5,120 and 2,153, respectively), although this difference also did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.46, 1-way ANOVA).
