When analyses were performed with the additional adjustment for medical treatment in early pregnancy, an increased risk of preeclampsia among women with TSH ≥ 6 mIU/L was found, however, the association did not reach statistical significance (aOR 2.05 (95% CI: 0.92–4.60)).
