The PCA score plot in positive and negative ion mode showed a clear trend of separation in the blank group and the model group, indicating that the metabolites were significantly disturbed. 6-week TBC treatment was significantly separated from the model group, suggesting that TBC altered the metabolic status of diabetic lower extremity arterial disease ( Figures 5A , B ).
