The percentage of HPB procedures without any intraoperative complications increased up to 80.0%, although this did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.238). “Other” intraoperative HPB complications of cohort 1 included ten events: seven instances of bleeding, two cases of pneumothorax and one patient experienced a repolarization abnormality in their ECG during surgery.
