The vesicles' size was evaluated using nanoparticle tracking analyzer (NTA), revealing that the diameter of vesicles in OLF-EF was slightly smaller compared to the control group (118.1 ± 8.3 vs 128.7 ± 5.5 nm); however, this difference did not reach statistical significance ( Fig. 3 B).
