Correlation analysis by gingival phenotype showed a moderately significant correlation for mucosal recession ( p = 0.047, R = 0.329) and a small negative correlation for PD ( p = 0.024, R =-0.235), with increased crestal bone loss at implants in patients with gingival phenotype 1.
