Of note, while cumulative HD‐MTX dose did not reach statistical significance when assessing the impact on PFS of the entire cohort (HR = 0.9, 95%CI = 0.8–1.1, p = 0.07), patients treated with 7 cycles rather than 5 cycles of MPV had improved PFS, suggesting that cumulative HD‐MTX dose may still be important in improving outcomes.
