In addition, our study showed a trend of association between rs2289252 in the F11 gene and CTEPH (p .07), which is independently associated with VTE. 9 – 13 , 31 However, the prevalence of the heterozygous F11 C/T variant was significantly higher in CTEPH patients compared to controls, with an OR of 1.5543 (95% CI: 1.02503-2.3568) and MLA (p .0379).
